Job Description

The Associate Director, Creative Strategy, leads the development of insight-led, creator-first storytelling that connects culture, creators, and data to measurable business outcomes for a dedicated CPG/Pharma client. This role blends creativity and scientific precision, translating complex brand, category, and audience insights into compelling narratives that inspire trust, education, and engagement across consumer and healthcare audiences.

As a creative architect and strategic integrator, this leader bridges data, culture, and compliance, crafting stories that meet both regulatory standards and cultural relevance. They guide the creative direction for high-visibility campaigns, mentor a team of creator strategists, and ensure all work delivers meaningful impact rooted in empathy, authenticity, and behavioral insight.

Responsibilities
  • Lead creative strategy for dedicated Publicis Groupe clients, transforming insights into compliant, culturally relevant storytelling platforms.
  • Translate audience, category, and platform data into actionable creative ideas that drive measurable brand and business outcomes.
  • Partner with Strategy, Analytics, and Medical/Regulatory teams to ensure concepts are rooted in proof points and aligned with brand and compliance standards.
  • Oversee influencer brief development, ensuring creative excellence, accuracy, and authenticity across all content.
  • Collaborate with Client Solutions, Creator Partnerships, Campaign, and Design teams to bring ideas to life seamlessly and visually.
  • Mentor and manage a pod of creative strategists, fostering growth, consistency, and strategic rigor across all work.
  • Partner with Creative Operations to balance workloads, allocate resources, and maintain team efficiency.
  • Build scalable creative frameworks and best practices that strengthen storytelling, compliance, and cultural impact.
  • Represent Creative Strategy in client and inter-agency presentations, articulating ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in creator marketing, consumer health, and digital storytelling to inform innovation.
Qualifications
  • 6 years in creative strategy, brand storytelling, or influencer/creator marketing.
  • Strong background in developing integrated, data-informed, creator-led creative concepts.
  • Proven ability to lead proposals and inspire cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, both visual and verbal.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and audience behavior.
  • Experience mentoring and developing talent within a collaborative environment.

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $115,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
