Job description

A strategic and creative leader responsible for shaping the brandโ€™s visual identity, storytelling, and overall creative direction, ensuring the brand is expressed consistently, boldly, and effectively while managing and inspiring a high-performing creative team. This role oversees national creative strategy while building scalable, templated, and localized creative solutions that empower franchisees to market effectively in their own communities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) Common job activities are listed below; actual position responsibilities may vary. Refer to your manager or human resources for specific duties and performance expectations.

1.ย  Marketing Strategy & Program Leadership (40-45%)

  • Collaborate with the head of marketing to translate department strategy into marketing programs, campaigns and materials that support company priorities.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies, plans, and initiatives that support agent engagement, recruiting, retention, brand visibility, and business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve or introduce marketing products, services, and tools that support sales, increase brand exposure, and enhance the agent experience.
  • Set the creative vision for campaigns, brand evolution, and content across digital, print, and video.
  • Quality control, review and approve all creative assets; uphold high standards of design, messaging, and brand integrity.
  • Drive ideation for national campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.

2.ย  Staff Management (40-45%)

  • Direct and supervise creative team of designers and multimedia staff.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, direction, and performance management to ensure team members are aligned, supported, and accountable.
  • Build scalable workflows, manage timelines, and optimize processes for efficiency and output.
  • Establish team priorities and resource plans that support department goals, service expectations, and project demands.

3.ย  Operational Excellence & Service Delivery (10-20%)

  • Establish operating models, service standards, workflows, and team priorities to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality marketing delivery.
  • Translate departmental strategy into functional and operational plans, including timelines, responsibilities, approvals, and execution requirements.
  • Oversee execution of marketing campaigns and projects, including timeline management, vendor coordination, approvals, copy and layout review, and response mechanisms.
  • Work with in-house teams, outside agencies, vendors, and platform partners to develop creative concepts, marketing materials, campaign assets, and service solutions. Ensure results meet company brand standards, marketing requirements, and execution expectations.
  • Meet with departments leads to understand marketing needs, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

4.ย  Performance & Resource Management (5-10%)

  • Provide input to marketing strategy through operational insights, field feedback, service trends, and performance data.
  • Monitor team capacity, project volume, and service demand to recommend staffing, process, or adjustments as needed.
  • Stay ahead of design, content, and cultural trends; introduce new creative approaches and technologies.

5.ย  Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. (0-5%)

ย Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field; or equivalent knowledge and work experience

Experience:

  • 5-7+ yearsโ€™ transferable marketing experience required
  • 5+ yearsโ€™ previous supervisory experience required
  • Real estate, franchise, or consulting experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and service-oriented leadership skills.
  • Expertise in design, copy, and multimedia principles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, campaign work, and multi-channel creative.
  • Proficiency with digital design, content development, and publishing tools.
  • Working knowledge of web technologies and content publishing best practices.
  • High-level creativity, imagination, and entrepreneurial spirit. Demonstrated acumen working with creative resources to implement and execute projects and campaigns.
  • Effective problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Project and time management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Ability to work within tight deadline environment.

Wage: $130,000 - $135,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
