Senior Corporate Strategy ManagerThe team:This individual contributor position reports directly to the Head of Corporate Strategy and DevelopmentThe Impact:You will be responsible for supporting a broad range of strategic activities for a business of approximately $2 billion in revenue and over 3,500 employees world-wide.You will be energetic, curious, business-minded and self-motivated with at least 2-3 years of experience working in an analytical role.The successful candidate will have the communication and interpersonal skills, strong judgment, and broad range of financial and strategic analysis, allowing that person to coordinate complex processes across large teams and take responsibility for day-to-day management of deliverables.What's in it for you: You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and will have a direct impact on corporate strategy for the whole company. The successful candidate will be included in confidential and highly strategic conversations with senior leadership.Responsibilities:
  • Day to day leadership and management of a broad range of strategic priorities
  • Responsibility to coordinate across workstreams and ensure deliverables complete on time
  • Analyze businesses and opportunities to assist the company in executing strategic decisions;
  • Create and manage business case models to inform action for investments;
  • Collaborate across divisions and functions to build best practices.
  • Articulate the Mobility Global strategy in a clear and compelling strategic narrative to key stakeholders, tailoring messages depending on executive audience.
  • Identify changes in market conditions, industry trends, regulatory environment, regional or country macro-economic factors, etc. which may require changes to strategic plans.
  • Leverage scenario planning, case studies and modeling capabilities to strengthen the strategy.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships driving regular communications with project sponsors and steering groups, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Be a role model, educator, coach, mentor across the wider organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. In partnership with Commercial, conduct market research and leverage internal customer insights and NPS data to identify new opportunities and enhance existing products.
What We're Looking for:
  • 3+ years of consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy experience
  • Superior strategic and analytical skills with ability to draw key insights and develop clear recommendations.
  • Attention to detail with ability to dive into new topics and quickly absorb and distil large amounts of complex/detailed information into a readily digestible work product.
  • Superior executive-level presentation skills - able to distill complicated, multi-faceted issues into the key items to bring to leadership's attention.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous, regulated, and highly matrixed environment.
  • Superior communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Curiosity and drive with an innovative mindset.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and demonstrated ability to summarize strategic rationale succinctly and clearly
  • Candidate must be a motivated self-starter with a business-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Candidate must demonstrate strong project management skills
  • Ideally has pervious relevant experience in or interacting with a publicly listed company with global operations
  • Undergraduate degree
