Job description

Relevant de la direction de construction, le surintendant assure la supervision complète des activités de chantier, la coordination des sous-traitants et le respect des échéanciers, en collaboration avec les chargés de projets :

  • Supervision complète des activités de chantier;
  • Planification quotidienne et coordination des sous-traitants;
  • Respect des échéanciers de construction;
  • Gestion de la santé et de la sécurité sur le chantier;
  • Animation des réunions de chantier;
  • Coordination avec le chargé de projets et les professionnels;
  • Contrôle de la qualité des travaux et résolution des problématiques terrain.

Qualifications et exigences
  • Minimum 7 à 10 ans d’expérience sur chantier, dont plusieurs années comme surintendant ou contremaître senior chez un entrepreneur général;
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets entre 500 000 $ et 10 000 000 $;
  • Types de projets : institutionnel, commercial, résidentiel, construction neuve, réfection majeure;
  • Excellente lecture de plans et devis;
  • Leadership et capacité à gérer plusieurs équipes;
  • Forte capacité d’organisation et de planification;
  • Connaissance des normes CNESST / SST;
  • Carte ASP Construction obligatoire;
  • Expérience avec Procore ou autre logiciel de gestion de chantier (atout);
  • Réseau solide de sous-traitants et de contacts sur le terrain (atout);
  • Références professionnelles vérifiables.
