  • Up to $325,000 guaranteed salary
  • $18,000 Housing allowance provided by employer
  • $25,000 Signing bonus

  • Comprehensive benefits including - $3,000 in CEU, 7% retirement-match, and 30 days PTO (front-loaded)
  • $850 monthly / $10,200 annual Tribal contribution towards healthcare premium 
  • NHSC Federal School Loan assistance, $80,000 over 2 years of service
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Medical Director (MD, DO)
