Home Again Assisted Living is currently looking for a Travel Community Director to join our team! This position is full-time (40+ hours per week) & requires it to be on site. It will require regular travel between Home Again Assisted Living communities located throughout the Greater Madison area (Waunakee, Columbus, Cambridge). Candidates must reside within the Greater Madison area or within reasonable commuting distance to effectively support the operational needs of our communities.The Travel Community Director supports the directors of Home Again Assisted Living communities with supervision and management on a temporary, extended or as-needed basis. May be assigned to a location during a management absence/vacation, startup, acquisition, or to assist with special projects under the direction of the Director of Operations. This role functions across multiple areas, including leadership, quality assurance, staff training, regulatory compliance and direct resident care as needed.
