Background Check: Because we interact with the public in our operations, including children and seniors, every volunteer applicant must pass a background check prior to the start date of their service. Please fill out and attach the following documents to your application: Background Authorization Form A liability waiver must also be filled out and uploaded: Liability Waiver Supervision Received and/or Exercised Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
