HappyFox is looking for a Sales Development Representative who are interested in developing their career in disruptive software sales. SDRs will team up with account executives and marketing to drive strategic account based prospecting. This individual is a self starter, is a strong communicator, is resourceful and willing to learn and push outbound prospecting to the limit.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed monthly qualified meeting and opportunity metrics through phone and email based prospecting & lead qualification
  • Conduct account based prospecting efforts to generate, qualify and arrange high impact business sales conversations with the Account Executive team
  • Rapidly learn the technical aspects of the product, effectively communicate the HappyFox value proposition and be able to successfully handle objections and competitive questions from prospects
  • Effectively discover the needs of a prospect and communicate how HappyFox will address them
  • Work closely and collaboratively with various members of the sales team to develop and implement appropriate outbound campaigns
  • Use Salesforce.com for lead management and other various sales intelligence sources for advanced prospecting
  • Participate in regular company and office meetings to share progress, identify blockers and drive resolution
  • Consistently achieve quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' B2B enterprise software telesales or business development experience
  • Consultative and solution prospecting/selling expertise
  • Superior written/oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience conducting account mapping and developing prospecting strategy
  • Capable of and eager to make 50+ dials daily
  • Systematic but flexible, self-directed; can prioritize and manage multiple work streams
  • Perseverance; handles objections and rejection
  • Thrives in a competitive team environment
  • Intuitive with the capacity to hit the ground running
  • A desire to grow and advance a career in sales
