Join our dedicated outpatient team, where patient-centered care is our top priority, In this role you will directly report to the Market President and play an important part in delivering high-quality clinical support to our Patients

Job Functions

  • The Associate Operations Director helps develop and leads implementation for staffing plans, policies and procedures for the facility.
  • Works closely with Clinic Manager and dyad partner as well.
  • Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s).
  • Leads multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.

Required Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health Administration or another related field.
  • Or in lieu of Bachelor's degree 10+ years of Healthcare Administration/Leadership Experience, with a minimum of 2 years Valued Base setting experience.
  • 2+ years of progressive supervisory experience in providing oversight for multiple physician practices or healthcare clinics.
  • 4+ years of management experience.
  • P & L management experience.
  • Efficient in Microsoft software including Excel Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experienced with electronic medical records.
  • For this role you are required to travel to Louisiana and Mississippi. Local travel is required; Mileage is reimbursed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual English / Spanish
  • HEDIS knowledge
  • Project management skills / training
  • Experience with medical coding
  • Master's Degree

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


$104,000 - $143,000 per year


This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
