Job description

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Indiana Region Director - Heart & Vascular to provide strategic and administrative leadership for our cardiovascular services across the region. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership for the operations, quality, safety, and long-term development of our cardiovascular service lines, with alignment across ambulatory and procedural settings, including cardiac rehabilitation, the cardiac catheterization laboratory, and cardiovascular diagnostic testing services. Your leadership will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes, advancing clinical care, and fostering collaborative partnerships throughout the Deaconess Health System.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the regional cardiovascular service line, collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to drive growth, improve patient care, and ensure operational excellence.

  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day functions of cardiovascular services across multiple locations, ensuring seamless operations that meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

  • Financial Stewardship: Manage the budget and resources effectively, working to achieve financial targets while maintaining high standards of care.
