This role partners with Platform Engineering for application architecture, technical design, development, and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise business applications, with Salesforce serving as a core platform
  • Establish and manage a structured intake process across Sales, Service, Customer Care, Marketing, Operations, and Finance — ensuring demand is captured, prioritized, and sequenced effectively
  • Establish and mature Agile delivery practices including backlog prioritization, sprint readiness, and delivery transparency — leading IT Product Owners through consistent Agile ceremonies and frameworks
  • Lead, coach, and develop IT Product Owners, Business Analysts, managers, and application teams supporting key business functions — driving accountability for backlog health, sprint execution, and value delivery
  • Serve as a trusted technology partner to leaders across Sales, Service, Customer Care, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
  • Lead prioritization and sequencing of cross-functional technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, resource capacity, and roadmap commitments

  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, optimization, and consolidation of enterprise applications, including ERP platforms and related business systems
  • Define and track KPIs — including intake cycle time, backlog health, delivery predictability, adoption, and business value realization — using dashboards and analytics to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage relationships with key technology vendors, consulting partners, and system integrators to ensure quality delivery, cost efficiency, and alignment with business systems strategy
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape the long-term direction of the Business Applications organization

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within Business Applications, Enterprise Systems, Product Management, or Technology Delivery organizations
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise business application implementations and transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on leadership experience implementing NetSuite in a complex enterprise environment; prior ownership of a major NetSuite implementation is required
  • Deep Salesforce ecosystem experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and related business applications
  • Demonstrated experience leading Product Owners, Business Analysts, managers, application teams, and multiple concurrent Scrum teams within an Agile delivery model
  • Strong understanding of Agile product delivery, including backlog prioritization, intake governance, roadmap planning, release management, and cross-functional delivery
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based and recurring revenue business models, including Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Order, Billing, Customer Care, Field Service, and Finance processes
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable, integrated technology solutions across NetSuite, Salesforce, and related enterprise platforms
