Join a Team Where You Set the Clinical Standard

Lighthouse is seeking a Doctoral-Level Clinical Director (BCBA-D required or strongly preferred) to serve as the highest clinical authority within our organization.

This is not a standard Clinical Director role. This is a senior clinical executive position responsible for all clinical oversight, treatment integrity, and program development across the organization. You will shape how care is delivered, define clinical excellence, and ensure all services meet the highest ethical and evidence-based standards in ABA and behavioral health.

This role integrates strategic leadership with deep clinical governance and requires an individual who is confident operating at both the systems level and advanced clinical level.


BCBA Clinical Director - What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all clinical operations and ensure organization-wide treatment integrity
  • Serve as the highest level of clinical decision-maker for ABA services
  • Develop, implement, and refine clinical protocols and treatment standards
  • Supervise and mentor BCBAs and clinical staff
  • Evaluate clinical appropriateness of services and approve complex cases
  • Lead clinical training systems and advanced staff development
  • Ensure ethical compliance and alignment with best practices in ABA and behavioral health
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to align clinical systems with organizational goals
  • Carry a minimal caseload (0–3 clients) focused on high-complexity and strategic cases

Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification with BCBA-D strongly preferred
  • 10–15+ years of clinical leadership experience in ABA or behavioral health
  • Prior experience in senior clinical leadership or multi-clinician oversight role
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical systems development and treatment integrity
  • Strong background in supervision of BCBAs and advanced clinical staff
  • Deep understanding of ABA ethics, assessment, and treatment design
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
