Compensation

Total Compensation Package from $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees.

  • Competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company.
  • BCBA’s become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role.
