Job Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards of behavior analysis

  • Conduct direct and indirect assessments to identify behavioral functions

  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and service providers to ensure continuity of care

  • Attend treatment team meetings, IEPs, ISPs, and insurance authorization reviews

  • Provide supervision, training, and support to staff, clients, and caregivers

  • Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify plans as needed

  • Complete and submit documentation accurately and on time

  • Maintain scheduled supervision meetings with BCaBAs

  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team

  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Qualifications
  • BCBA certification or currently enrolled in coursework toward certification

  • Preferred 2+ years of experience working with children with special needs (including autism)

  • Preferred 1+ year of experience supervising or training staff

  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and methodologies

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
