Capital University's Athletic Department is hiring an Assistant Coach of Women's Basketball for 2026-2027. The responsibilities of this position include assisting in the day-to-day operations pertaining to recruitment, player development, and all coaching requirements. Candidates must possess excellent personal communication skills and strong leadership skills. Candidate must be able to multitask, great motivational skills along with excellent time management and organizational skills.Qualifications:Works well with men and women from diverse backgrounds.Ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite.Maintain ethical and professional relationships with students and student-athletes.Knowledge of applicable NCAA recruiting rules and regulations.Secondary duties to be assigned by athletic director.Requirements:Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.Collegiate playing experience preferred; collegiate coaching experience preferred.Motor vehicle license.Capital University is committed to increasing the diversity of the Capital community and curriculum.
