Job description

We are a well-established and profitable Commercial Community Bank with locations in key markets in New Mexico and Colorado including Farmington, Durango, Cortez, others and expanding.
Position Summary: Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Retail Banking Operations will lead the enterprise retail banking strategy across branch networks in CO and NM, aligning people, process, and technology to improve branch operational performance.
Develop a bank wide commercial and retail deposit, treasury management and payments and strategy.
Optimize retail operations and service delivery, integrate call center, digital banking, train and develop high-performing branch leadership teams.
