Clinical Director(BCBA)

Location: Raleigh, NC

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No weekend or on-call requirements)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead operations at one of our clinic locations. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical services, staff leadership, and overall program effectiveness within the service region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality services are delivered in both clinic and home-based settings by monitoring compliance, addressing gaps, and driving continuous improvement

  • Coach, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff, including BCBAs, RBT Trainers, and RBTs

  • Monitor client progress by ensuring appropriate assessments and clinically sound treatment plans are implemented

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical concerns from parents and RBTs

  • Partner with Human Resources to recruit, hire, and retain clinical staff

  • Oversee RBT training programs and assess trainer effectiveness

  • Maintain a modest caseload of approximately 10 billable hours per week

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification required with a minimum of 3 years of experience

  • Prior experience in a clinical leadership or supervisory role

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills

  • Experience with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office or G-suite applications

Patient Population

  • Children ages 12 months to 18 years

  • Majority of clients are between 3 and 9 years old
