  • Prerequisite knowledge of programming Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines preferred
  • Prerequisite knowledge of programming profiles for solder reflow ovens of PCB's and PWB's preferred
  • Prerequisite knowledge of programming pick and place machines for through hole components of PCB's and PWB's preferred
  • Prerequisite knowledge of programming solder stencil machines preferred
  • Prerequisite knowledge of programming AOI machines for inspecting completed PCB's and PWB's preferred

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all production and repair activities in support of assigned product lines.
  • Initiates and drives to completion productivity projects across all of operations.
  • Subject matter expert on CI and electro/mechanical production processes.
  • Authors or edits procedures through the change management process.
  • Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of producing and repairing products for all phases of manufacturing.
  • Designs and validates production processes and fixtures in accordance with product and customer specifications.
  • Transitions production solutions between factories during product acquisitions. Up to 10% travel may be required for both domestic and international product acquisition/training.
  • Interfaces with management to present program status, capital requests, or productivity initiatives.

Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or a related field preferred, plus a minimum of 0-2 years of direct industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
