The prominence of Amazon in the world today - spanning e-commerce, cloud computing, devices, entertainment, logistics, and more - emphasizes the key role that the leader of our threat intelligence team plays, motivated fundamentally in protecting our hundreds of millions of customers, our partners, and the company itself. This role is not academic or generalist but operationally focused on continuously raising the bar of our security posture worldwide across all of Amazon and its subsidiaries. Considering the scale, diversity, and breadth of Amazon's businesses, a background in both the threat space and the technologies necessary to discover, track, and action intelligence insight is a must.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where sound judgement is essential. You will work directly with other Amazon Security teams, business units, and operational teams across Amazon to identify opportunities to improve our security posture.
This leader is expected to have a track record of delivering high-quality results and best-in-class solutions in a fast-moving environment
