Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care within a clinic-based setting. This full-time position offers a unique work-life balance with a desirable 4-day work week and no on-call responsibilities, ensuring you have ample personal time.

Every day you will administer stress tests, conduct rapid patient assessments, and formulate diagnoses, and provide comprehensive patient and family support. You will collaborate closely with MD partners to ensure safe and effective diagnostic testing and develop optimal patient care plans.  This role offers the opportunity to directly impact patient health and well-being, utilizing the full scope of your advanced practice license.

We are offering a competitive compensation package including a guaranteed base salary of $156,632, RVU incentive pay, a $6,993 sign-on bonus, and quality incentive bonuses. Job Requirements

Required:

Nurse Practitioner:

  • Two years of experience in gastroenterology highly preferred 
  • Master’s degree in nursing as Nurse Practitioner
    Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure for; and listed on the Colorado Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Registry
    required. Board certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, in applicable population foci and/or subspecialty required.
  • RN License required
  • BLS from the American Heart Association required 
  • ACLS from the American Heart Association required
  • Have Prescriptive Authority (RXN) or have Provisional Prescriptive Authority (RXN-P), if applicable for role with associated articulated plan

Physician Assistant:

  • Masters graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program required
  • PA Certification by N.C.C.P.A. and current mid-level provider license by the state of Colorado required
  • BLS from the American Heart Association required
  • ACLS from the American Heart Association may be required 

Preferred:

  • Two or more years prior experience in Cardiology or Internal Medicine
