Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and daily living tasks.
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in social, recreational, and community activities.
  • Implement and follow individualized support plans to enhance client independence.
  • Document care activities accurately and report any changes in client status.
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all clients.

Requirements
