Community Access Services is currently hiring aย Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Beavercreek, OR to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. No experience required โ€” paid training provided.
What Youโ€™ll Do as a Direct Support Professional
  • Build meaningful, person-centered relationships that support independence, dignity, and personal choice
  • Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and household routines
  • Support individuals with community participation, recreation, appointments, and personal goals
  • Encourage skill development, confidence, and social connections
