Job description

Mr. Rogers Windows is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong direct response background to help drive measurable growth and lead a fun and friendly team.
This role is ideal for a data-driven leader who understands ROI at every stage of the funnel, and can balance digital performance marketing with grassroots and event-based initiatives and thrives working in an office surrounded with the marketing team.
What You'll Do
  • Execute integrated, performance-driven marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI
  • Track and optimize performance from initial lead through closed sale
  • Oversee digital channels including paid ads, email, website, and social media
  • Guide creative development to ensure messaging drives response and conversions
  • Support event marketing, neighborhood outreach, and non-traditional campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize results
  • Identify and implement new marketing tools, trends, strategies and communicate opportunities to the Marketing Director
  • Help coach and develop marketing team members and field teams
  • Work with the Marketing Director, assist in the execution of campaigns and manager deadlines.
  • This is not a remote position, you will work in office with a marketing team.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in direct response, digital, and consumer marketing
  • 5+ years of team leadership and development experience
  • Proven success managing budgets and performance-based campaigns
  • Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • $80,000 base salary + performance-based bonus = $100k average
