Job Description

Direct Marketing Campaign Supervisor will assist the Direct Marketing Manager (DMM) in the implementation of direct marketing programs set by corporate Marketing Shared Services departments, Regional and Property Marketing to execute multi-property and property-specific direct marketing campaigns.

The Campaign Supervisor is responsible for the campaign & offer builds, consolidation of creative and data outputs and the coordination of the production of direct marketing campaigns for gaming, dining, hotel, promotions, and special events while maintaining a strong relationship with corporate and property teams as well as print and mail house vendors.

Maintains compliance with policies and procedures and performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned by the DMM.

Coordinating direct marketing campaigns with the DMM and as appropriate with corporate, regional, and property marketing teams and outside vendors

Keeping all parties informed of project timelines with open, clear, honest communication.

Executing mail and email programs from campaign creation to completion in a timely manner, efficiently, and accurately in Sales Force ensuring guest offers are viewable and redeemable on property.

Provide all necessary data, copy, and art files to selected vendors with the DMM's approval.

Review all creative and live data proofs for accuracy.

Administrative functions such as maintaining drop schedule, reconciliation of invoices and postage.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Demonstrate database/direct mail program design, production, and fulfillment expertise

Knowledge and understanding of direct mail and familiarity with variable data printing integration with advanced customization capabilities

Ability to successfully execute multiple streams of work in a challenging, dynamic environment

Proactive, takes initiative and able to work independently with minimal direction while also functioning and contributing as part of a team

Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively, handle multiple high priority projects concurrently and react quickly to shifting priorities

Excellent written and oral communication skills, detail orientated, extensive proofreading experience

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)

Minimum of two years related work experience (database, casino or direct marketing).

Preferred:

Experience in casino direct marketing and print production management

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communication, computer science or related field preferred
