The GRCx (GRC Product and Data) Team is on a mission to modernize risk management with technology, moving from reactive to proactive and from manual to automated. As a Product Leader, you will help transform critical products that support our core business and work with senior leaders to drive investments in product, technology, and data to support this imperative.

Compensation and Benefits

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries are listed by location. Salaries are for candidates hired to work within the listed locations and reflect the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked.

Locations and salary ranges:

  • McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management
  • Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that location, with the actual salary offered reflected in the offer letter. This role is eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
