Position Summary:

As the Director, Managed Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization's sales strategies. Operating at the intersection of leadership and hands-on sales expertise, you will construct the overall strategy for success and work closely with Account Executives in driving strategic sales growth and delivering exceptional results for our National & Regional chain customers.

Duties include designing strategic plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients and evaluating costs to determine customer pricing and construct contract proposals. Managing and developing your team of

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals
