To thrive as a Direct Mail Systems Specialist, you need expertise in data management, mailing list segmentation, and knowledge of postal regulations, often supported by experience in marketing or communications. Familiarity with direct mail automation software, database systems like CRM tools, and postal tracking platforms is typically required.
