Position Overview
Insurance Navy is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, improve customer engagement, and support company growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong digital marketing expertise with creative design capabilities, analytical thinking, and project management skills. This individual will oversee advertising campaigns, social media strategy, print marketing initiatives, and brand development while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to increase lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies.

Paid Advertising Management
  • Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage advertising budgets and performance reporting.

Social Media & Content Marketing
  • Create and implement social media strategies to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Oversee content creation for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop marketing campaigns that support company promotions, community engagement, and customer education.

Creative & Brand Management
  • Design and oversee the creation of digital and print marketing materials, including:
    • Social media graphics
    • Digital advertisements
    • Brochures and flyers
    • Direct mail campaigns
    • Promotional materials
    • Outdoor advertising and signage
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing communications.

Direct Mail & Print Marketing
  • Coordinate with print vendors and advertising partners to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Manage Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) campaigns and targeted direct mail initiatives.
  • Oversee production schedules, vendor relationships, and quality control.

Analytics & Performance Reporting
  • Track marketing KPIs including lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
  • Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to improve results.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide future marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
Required
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing management, or a related field.
  • Proven success managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and digital marketing strategy.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software.
  • Experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred
  • Experience marketing insurance, financial services, automotive, or retail businesses.
  • Familiarity with SEO, local search optimization, and website conversion strategies.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of video content creation and editing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
