Medical Technologist I (Generalist) – Direct Hire

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Shift: Night Shift | 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM (Sat–Wed)
Employment Type: Direct Hire |
Pay Range: $27.17 – $40.76/hour
Incentives: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + $2,500 Relocation Assistance

About the Role

Join a collaborative and patient-focused laboratory team as a Medical Technologist I (Generalist). In this role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results that directly impact patient care. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform, analyze, and report high-complexity laboratory tests across multiple disciplines
  • Collect, process, and document biological specimens with precision
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in lab data; validate abnormal results
  • Follow and support quality control and assurance protocols
  • Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on lab equipment
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related biological/chemical science
  • Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience with high-complexity testing
  • National certification (MT/MLS or MLT) from ASCP or AMT (or equivalent accredited body)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
