Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT)

Full-Time | Permanent Direct Hire

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT) to join a hospital laboratory team. This is an excellent opportunity for a laboratory professional looking to make an impact in a patient-focused environment while working with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical laboratory experience, attention to detail, and the ability to perform accurate testing across multiple laboratory departments.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of clinical laboratory testing including chemistry, hematology, coagulation, microbiology, urinalysis, and blood bank (as applicable)
  • Analyze and interpret laboratory results to ensure accuracy and quality patient care
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
  • Perform quality control and proficiency testing according to regulatory standards
  • Follow laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting of results
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
  • ASCP certification preferred (MT/MLS/MLT) or equivalent certification
