Quality Care LLC is seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as an Office Assistant/Direct Support Professional (DSP). This hybrid role combines administrative support responsibilities with compassionate in-home care for our clients.
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate staff members.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain organizational systems.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Support the Care Coordinator team with daily office operations.
  • Experience with Office and Therap software is a plus.

Direct Support Professional Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one assistance and companionship to individuals with varying mental and physical health needs.
  • Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping.
  • Offer support with transportation to appointments and errands.
  • Help clients develop and maintain independent living skills.
