The Senior Facility Care Manager primary duties will be organizing and managing of all Facility Care Department services (In-House Pressures Wash, All Janitorial Contract Services operation, uniform administration, Supply purchase and procurement, and any non-technical services), which will be needed to support the parking operation. The Senior FC Manager must be a leader who can demonstrate high skill of leadership and be an engine to bring positive changes by making sound decisions that will increase productivity to maximize revenue and control expenses. He/she will manage, direct and develop a team of employees that will be assigned under his/her supervision. Plan, organize and manage by assessing the scope of all the services rendered by Facility Care Department and determine the manpower, equipment, material and time required for efficient operation.

  • Prepare annual budgets for all the services rendered in each budget year and execute accordingly to meet the planned budget efficiently.
  • Will assess all services request, prepare and submit price proposal; upon approval - plan and schedule to execute services for the daily and monthly planned job efficiently.
  • Actively keep track of all maintenance requirements of each location with proper documentation as per the agreement and set up services to fulfill our clients’ expectations; bill all rendered services accurately and make sure it is collected on time.
  • Design an efficient work plan well-co-coordinated before, during and at the end inspect assignments given to employees and contractors is executed on a timely manner; where the final work product meets pre-established work standards.
  • Follow- up equipment, trucks, sweepers, etc. have scheduled preventive maintenance; insurance and all tags and registration are up-to-date, control usage of fuel, trucks, and repair expenses; assess new purchase and replacement of all equipment and trucks as needed.
  • Be able to perform as a team leader to inspire and engage teams of diverse group of employees so that employees are properly trained to operate the various equipment needed to accomplish the tasks. COLONIAL PARKING, INC.
  • Review planned budgets with actual performance in order to minimize expenses and save money for all Facility Care Department Services.
  • Leads the crew/employees and oversees the operation of daily Facility Care services as directed.
  • Colonial Parking, Inc. is a seven (7) day a week, twenty-four (24) hour a day operation; night work and some weekend work are required.
  • Maintain awareness of the trend and quality of our services compared to other providers to expand our scope of services.
  • Plan and monitor all supply purchase and distribution are efficiently executed, continuously review prices to get best pricing vendors, all supply requests are properly invoiced, all supplies are properly labeled and stored in well-organized manner for efficient operation and avoid loss.
  • Organize the uniform purchase and distribution to be executed in timely manner, properly stored, all requests by operation team are fulfilled promptly.
  • Works with upper management, Senior Managers, Project Managers and all clients in order all service requests are promptly delivered to expand business opportunities in order to provide all available services to increase revenue from all Colonial Locations and potential outside clients.
  • Make sure all services request proposals are well prepared in a timely manner, make follow up for approval, and all approved services are scheduled promptly and rendered with quality.
  • Ensuring financial goals are met by developing and implementing plans to increase revenue, maximizing operational efficiencies and meeting the overall performance goals.
  • Provide direct supervision and leadership to a team of employees responsible for the daily operations of the Department.
  • Establish annual and periodic performance and development goals for the staff assigned
  • Arrange all services have proper walkthrough and clear communications with property management/engineers are set for each service to avoid damage and liability/ and attend scheduled/requested meetings, as needed.
  • Responsible at all times for reviewing, understanding and acknowledging in writing when requested, the company provided policies and procedures that directly support completing my required work duties.
