Job Requirements
  • Enter, update, and maintain confidential employee health records within the electronic employee health record system (e.g., Cority).
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of health records and supporting documentation.
  • Scan, index, upload, and organize medical records according to departmental standards.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
  • Perform routine audits to identify missing or incomplete documentation.
  • Answer department telephone calls and respond to email inquiries.
  • Provide customer service to employees, managers, students, contractors, and external partners.
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with departmental organization.

Work Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of administrative or data entry experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Experience working with electronic medical records or occupational health systems preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare compliance or credentialing processes preferred.
