Brown & Brown is seeking a Direct Bill Analyst to join our growing team!
The Direct Bill Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing the direct billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. This role involves reviewing invoices, identifying discrepancies, and providing insights to improve billing efficiency. The Senior Direct Bill Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams and assists in the development of billing policies and procedures.
How You Will Contribute:
  • Analyze and review direct billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and generate invoices, ensuring timely issuance to clients.
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, collaborating with internal departments as needed.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of billing policies and procedures.

Skills & Experience to be Successful:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in billing analysis or finance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in billing software and financial analysis tools.

Pay Range
$29.25 - $29.25 Hourly
