  • Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa
  • Maintain complete knowledge of: all Spa Services and products
  • Maintain the Spa facility throughout shift
  • Escort guests to and from treatments
  • Cashiering duties for services and retail
  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Other duties as assigned
