We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dining Room Supervisor to join our team! This role is a vital part in the care of our residents and to be a valued member of our community! We look forward to learning more about how, together, we can Transform the Perception of Age!

Our Dining Room Managers:
  • Plan, staff, organize and coordinate all activities in dining areas of all care levels.
  • Responsible for continuous evaluation and Quality Assurance audits of Dining Services.
  • Perform advanced entries for Point-of-Sale system, including Resident history, point transfers, refunds, etc.
  • Be available to provide timely service support to Dining Room personnel as needed.
  • Assist Dining Service Director in the development of operating budget.
  • Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of meal count reports.
  • Create banquet event orders and distribute accordingly.
  • Maintain up to date employee records.
  • Promote the Vision, Values, and Mission of Skyline in all areas of responsibility.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or may be necessary.

What you need to succeed:
  • High School Diploma or GED, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two (2) or more years in restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in senior living preferred but not required.
  • Completion of a background check. May also include physical, drug screen, TB test, and fingerprinting depending on state/local guidelines.
