As a Dining Room Host/Hostess at Chick-fil-A, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. You'll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the dining area, assist guests with seating, and ensure the dining room is clean, organized, and inviting. Your role will help deliver Genuine Hospitality through meaningful interactions and excellent service.

  • Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome every guest with a smile, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure a smooth and pleasant transition into the dining area.
  • Maintain a Clean and Welcoming Dining Area: Ensure tables, chairs, and the dining room are clean and organized, maintaining a comfortable environment for guests.
  • Support the CORE 4 Values: Smile, make eye contact, speak with a friendly tone, and always end your conversations with "My Pleasure."
  • Assist with Guest Needs: Address guest inquiries, offer refreshes on beverages or assistance, and ensure that guests have everything they need for a great dining experience.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
