The Services team has unrivalledย expertiseย across corporate governance, audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory environments in many sectors. An Advisory Specialist I is an earlycareer consultant in the Services team who supports delivery of audit, risk, and compliance solutions for clients.ย Theyย assistย with discovery and requirements capture by reviewing client documentation and helping lead discovery workshops to understand current processes and needs.ย Guided by senior advisors, they translate requirements into technical design documents,ย configureย and iterate Diligent One prototypes, deliver enablement training,ย maintainย issue logs, and follow the standard projectย methodologyย to deliver on time and in scope.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย ย 

  • Utilize your product and domainย expertiseย to deliverย customerย requests and create a delightful customer experience.ย 
  • Be responsible forย theย timelyย and quality delivery of the services requested by customers.ย 
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Senior Managers and Managers to ensure any new service requests are handled appropriately orย routedย the request to the correct teams.ย 
  • Document andย maintainย the standard operating procedures for performing theย customer-specific request.ย 
  • Consultย with the global implementation teams and customer success teams toย provideย technical guidance to the customer toย leverageย more value from the product.ย 

Required Experience/Skillsย 

  • Ability to effectively engage customer personnel in solution discussions to resolve issuesย regardingย compliance, vendor management, information security and/or risk management requirements and goals.ย 
  • Strong passion for Compliance, Vendor management, Informationย securityย and/or Risk management field.ย 
  • Ability to work as part of a team to deliver in tightย timeframesย and respond quickly in an ever-changing environment.ย 
  • FedRAMP experienceย required.ย 
  • Experience with CMMC and NIST frameworks.ย 
  • Experience in Microsoftย Office,ย especially Microsoft Excel.ย 
  • 2-ย 3 years of experience in an internal or external client-facing or consulting role.ย 

Preferred Experience/Skillsย ย 

  • An undergraduateย degree in a relevant area (e.g.ย Business Administration, Compliance Management, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Security or MIS).ย 
  • Experience withย GRC and/or analyticsย tools.ย 
  • Experience in a platform-based product/solution.ย
