Digital Resource is a full-service digital marketing agency. We partner with forward-thinking businesses to create custom internet marketing strategies. Our solutions have a proven track record in increasing search engine rankings, building social followings, and most importantly, converting leads into real revenue. We are currently looking for Account Management Interns to join our team this summer.
Gain invaluable hands-on experience in the dynamic world of digital marketing with this exciting 8-12 week internship opportunity. As an intern, you'll play a key role in supporting our account management team to deliver exceptional service to clients. Through this immersive internship program, you'll develop strong organizational skills, strengthen your communication abilities, and gain exposure to industry-leading digital marketing strategies and technologies.
What our team does
  • Manages key client accounts and serves as the main point of contact
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction
  • Creates client reports and presentations on campaign performance
  • Ensures client retention by extending client retention rates
  • Communicate client goals with Service Team members and collaborate to achieve said goals
  • Make recommendations for services based on marketing goals and campaign performance
The types of projects you will work on
  • Assist account managers in executing day-to-day tasks needed to develop digital marketing and social media campaigns
  • Work with multiple clients on projects ranging from smaller campaigns to more complex projects
  • Communicate & collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions address client requirements
