The Advanced Analytics team is experiencing continued growth and is seeking highly analytical, self-motivated professionals who enjoy transforming complex data into meaningful business insights. Our team consists of subject matter experts across Digital Advertising, Customer Leads, Website Experience, Inventory, Sales, and Field Training.

Key Responsibilities & Highlights
  • Collaborate with a talented team of analysts at one of Metro Detroit's Top Places to Work.
  • Analyze data across Website Performance, Customer Leads, Dealer Sales, Inventory, Digital Advertising, Field Training, and other business areas.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making.
  • Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through effective storytelling and visualization.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with clients and account teams to understand business goals and provide analytical guidance.
Examples of projects may include:
  • Developing traffic and advertising pacing models.
  • Evaluating media mix performance across digital channels.
  • Identifying drivers of business performance through exploratory analysis.
  • Delivering data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Ability to communicate insights through compelling data storytelling and presentations.
  • Experience presenting analytical findings to clients, executives, or business stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and driven to solve business problems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with digital advertising measurement and performance analysis.
  • SQL query writing and data extraction experience.
  • Statistical analysis or predictive modeling experience.
