What You'll Do
This is a senior leadership role tasked with developing and executing the Enterprise's digital vision and strategy and ensuring its alignment and enablement of FourLeaf's overall strategic plans. Identifies opportunities for differentiating the organization's digital portfolio including capabilities and solutions. Acts as a change agent in leading the organizational changes that are required to create and maintain the necessary digital portfolio. With extensive knowledge and understanding of the evolving digital market, acts as a thought leader on emerging digital trends related to technology and business.
Core Contributions
  • As the leader of the Digital Transformation Office, this visionary will develop, evangelize, and execute an overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap for the lifecycle of digital products and execution of technology initiatives.
  • This leader has ultimate ownership and accountability for delivering our member-facing digital capabilities and actively managing for increased traffic and retention by understanding (using various feedback mechanisms) and exceeding the digital needs of our members.
  • They will manage digital initiatives, applying broad-based digital expertise to drive project completion. Effectively create the digital experience across the enterprise including public website, acquisition platforms, and digital banking platforms. Develop business cases for new capabilities and technologies to support member growth through local and national market expansion.
  • They will lead teams charged with developing and deploying Organizational Change Management (OCM) Digital Transformation activities. Examples of these transformation initiatives include, change management, training, operations design, solutions for stakeholder involvement, technology delivery, digital experience excellence and culture shift embracing digitalization.
  • As a trusted partner and consultant to various business lines, they keep abreast of emerging digital and business trends and collaborate with other business leaders to embed digital opportunities in business strategy. This would include establishing relationships with new vendor partners to incorporate best-of-breed technologies into our Digital Portfolio. This individual should have the technical and functional understanding to lead a team comprised of:
    • Digital Product Owners
    • UX Developers
    • SEO & Content Strategists
    • Digital Technology Strategists
    • DevOps Engineers (Source code mgmt. / QA / Dev Lifecycle)
    • SW Engineers (PHP)
    • Digital Analysts
  • The team is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations and delivery of projects, including research, scope development, budgeting, and testing including prototypes for usability testing
  • This leader is accountable for all Digital Risks and deploys various digital fraud mitigation tools and processes in adherence with internal and regulatory compliance. Liaise with various risk groups - compliance, legal, vendor management, information security, enterprise risk management, etc., as necessary.
  • As a member of a Consortium, this Digital Champion will represent FourLeaf to collaborate with consortium partners, gaining buy-in and alignment on a unified digital strategy to support FourLeaf and its two credit union partners who share technology and operational resources through S3 and OTS CUSOs.
  • Set organizational goals which are aligned with overall FourLeaf strategic planning. Ensure goals are understood and embraced by employees through regular interactions and reinforcement.
  • Excellent communications skills with experience in developing strategic presentations for executive leaders and Board members.
  • This individual must be fully experienced with the Agile delivery methodology.

Assets You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Field of Study: Technology, Digital Strategy, Business Administration/Management.
  • 10 years of experience.
  • Experience in website and digital applications development, digital banking, digital user experience and eCommerce.
  • Command in essential front end and web technologies such as HTML/XHTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Computer Skills: Digital Design, Invision, Digital Content Management Solutions, HTML/CSS Javascript, Microsoft Office.

The estimated salary for this role is $180,000.00 to $215,000.00 annually.
