AI Transformation Lead
Role Summary
Lead enterprise-wide AI strategy, transformation, and adoption initiatives to drive measurable business outcomes. Partner with business, technology, data, operations, and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities, build AI roadmaps, govern implementation, and scale AI capabilities across the organization.
Required Qualifications
• 1015+ years of experience in digital transformation, data/AI, technology leadership, or consulting.
• 5+ years leading enterprise AI or analytics programs.
• Industry experience - financial services
• Experience delivering AI at scalenot only experimentation.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with cloud and AI platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure⁠, Google Cloud, Anthropic
• Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, MLOps, data governance, and AI security.
• Strong business case development and financial management.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute enterprise AI transformation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Build multi-year AI roadmap across GenAI, analytics, automation, and intelligent operations.
• Identify high-value use cases and prioritize based on ROI, feasibility, and business impact.
• Establish AI operating model, governance, risk, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Lead AI product portfolio from ideation PoC production scale.
• Partner with business executives to redesign processes using AI and automation.
• Drive organizational change management and AI adoption programs.
• Create executive dashboards and communicate outcomes to leadership.
• Oversee vendor selection and ecosystem strategy (cloud, AI platforms, consulting partners).
• Build and lead cross-functional teams across data, engineering, architecture, product, and operations.
• Define KPIs for productivity, cost optimization, revenue growth, and customer experience.
Salary Range- $100,000-$160,000 a year
