A Digital Team Lead is a professional responsible for overseeing a team that manages digital projects, such as website development, online marketing campaigns, or digital product launches. They coordinate the team's activities, set project goals, and ensure that work aligns with business objectives. A Digital Team Lead also mentors team members, monitors project progress, and communicates with stakeholders to deliver successful digital solutions. Their role often requires a blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and an understanding of digital trends.
