Job Summary:
SICPA is looking for a Solution Architect to support the design and evolution of solution architectures for their new digital solutions portfolio. The role involves collaboration with various teams and offers a growth path toward Solution Architecture and Technical Pre-Sales responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to solution architecture and design activities in collaboration with senior architects, product teams and development teams to address business and customer requirements
• Support pre-sales activities by providing technical analysis and contributing to solution proposals and customer discussions
• Collaborate with development, product and operations teams to ensure consistency between business needs and technical implementation
• Participate in customer workshops and technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to architecture and technical documentation supporting project delivery and operational activities
• Support ongoing projects through coordination, troubleshooting follow-up and technical assistance
• Participate in architecture reviews and continuous improvement initiatives related to delivery processes and operational efficiency
• Stay informed about modern technologies, cloud-native environments and security best practices
• Follow architecture standards, security guidelines and engineering best practices
• Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong interest in solution architecture and cloud technologies
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a remote and international setup
