Job description

Burke is seeking a temporary onsite Production Services Coordinator (approximately 32 hours per week) to support the daily operations of our Business Center. This role will prepare, produce, and deliver materials accurately and efficiently in support of internal teams, client needs, and company events. This onsite role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who has experience in printing, mailroom, and graphics.
What You'll Do
Production & Operational Support
  • Handle print shop and mailroom requests
  • Prepare materials for conferences, client shipments, and internal distribution
  • Pack, label, and ship printed materials, gifts, and equipment following established procedures
  • Sort incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and coordinate courier pickups
  • Use desktop publishing tools to edit and produce professional printed materials, including invitations, brochures, and handouts
  • Operate and maintain digital printing and finishing equipment
  • Perform print setup, including paper selection, loading, and color calibration
  • Review and proof materials to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal staff to meet production needs and improve document design, as needed
  • Create and manage print-ready templates

Supply & Cost Support
  • Monitor inventory levels of paper, envelopes, toner, ink, and shipping supplies
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and restocking supply orders
  • Help maintain basic records related to mail, packages, and supply usage
  • Ensure copier paper is stocked and available on network printers

Communication & Coordination
  • Provide task and project updates to the Building Services Manager
  • Log and track internal customer requests
  • Coordinate with internal teams to clarify requirements, timelines, and delivery needs
  • Communicate with shipping providers regarding pickups and package tracking

What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Clear, professional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Previous experience in printing or production environment.
  • Experience with desktop publishing software preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes of paper, materials, items (up to 75 lbs.)
