• Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients, providing therapeutic support and treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Develop comprehensive assessment processes by collecting and evaluating patient data through interviews, case histories, and observational techniques.
• Formulate effective treatment and discharge plans, ensuring follow-up actions are in place to support ongoing client progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation by submitting reports and records within 24 hours of service delivery, adhering to confidentiality agreements and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Our client base consists of diverse individuals seeking innovative therapeutic interventions for a variety of mental health challenges. This may include adults exploring non-traditional therapeutic avenues through the integration of psychedelics, meditation, and other holistic practices. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, each on their unique journeys toward health and wellness.

• Must possess an active LCSW license or an equivalent designation in a directly related field.
• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required to ensure a robust understanding of mental health principles.
• Ability to work with a minimum caseload of ten clients per week, conducting therapeutic sessions each lasting approximately 53 minutes.
• Proficiency with digital Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is necessary to manage client information effectively.
• Malpractice insurance is required to practice in this space.

• Experience with non-traditional therapeutic modalities, such as psychedelics, meditation, or holistic approaches to mental health is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of legal and ethical issues pertaining to patient rights and confidentiality is essential.
• A strong belief in a holistic approach to therapy, embracing an open-minded perspective towards alternative healing practices.

The role offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 105,000, depending on experience, education, and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
