Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients, providing therapeutic support and treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
  • Develop comprehensive assessment processes by collecting and evaluating patient data through interviews, case histories, and observational techniques.
  • Formulate effective treatment and discharge plans, ensuring follow-up actions are in place to support ongoing client progress.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation by submitting reports and records within 24 hours of service delivery, adhering to confidentiality agreements and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
