As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our Detox Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, strengths, and needs.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client requirements.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care and coordinated treatment plans.
• Helping clients and their families understand diagnoses, treatment options, and medication regimens, fostering informed decision-making.
• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring the utilization of evidence-based modalities.
• Developing comprehensive treatment plans in partnership with clients, integrating their goals and personalized preferences.
• Assisting clients in navigating complex mental health systems, advocating for their rights and addressing their needs.
• Facilitating psychoeducational groups and discharge planning meetings, ensuring clients receive the support necessary for successful transitions.

Your work will primarily involve clients experiencing addiction and related mental health challenges at our detox center. This patient population may include individuals at various stages of recovery, each with unique stories and needs. Your expertise will contribute to creating an empathetic, supportive atmosphere where clients feel understood and motivated to embark on their recovery journeys.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques.
• A demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, fostering an environment of mutual respect and shared objectives.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in addiction treatment, crisis intervention, or working with diverse populations will be highly regarded. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
