This telehealth position provides the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to serve clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining the highest standards of therapeutic practice. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly, ensuring that you can easily engage with clients through secure video calls, online assessments, and digital documentation. By utilizing advanced digital systems, you will be able to maintain effective communication with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s specific goals.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, adjusted to each client’s requirements, ensuring therapy is relatable and accessible.
• Administer crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing urgent mental health emergencies, offering immediate assistance to stabilize and guide them towards further care if necessary.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records as per ethical and legal standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, to facilitate continuity of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, ensuring integrated care that meets all client needs.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment plan objectives, and available community resources while advocating for their rights to ensure comprehensive support.
• Stay current with best practices in mental health therapy by actively pursuing ongoing training and participating in workshops and professional development activities.

You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including those facing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Your approach will be client-centered, encouraging engagement and trust, while providing a safe space for each individual or group to express their thoughts and feelings freely.

• Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with a valid professional license to practice in the state of New Jersey.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field with a strong foundation in clinical practice.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, ensuring comprehensive understanding of client needs.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Adept in working independently while also being a collaborative team member in an interdisciplinary setting.
• A strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards in practice and staying informed about the latest developments in the field of mental health.

• Experience in teletherapy is preferred, although it is not required. Familiarity with remote counseling platforms will be beneficial.
• Previous clinical experience within a mental health facility or practice setting will strengthen your application.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
