Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth, comprehensive assessments designed to identify clientsโ€™ mental health concerns, effectively formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to the specific goals and needs of each client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Provide crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health crises, enabling immediate support and resources to stabilize their conditions.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Engage with interdisciplinary teamsโ€”including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionalsโ€”to coordinate holistic care strategies for clients.
  • Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, therapeutic options, and available community resources while advocating for their rights and needs when necessary.

Qualifications
