We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented marketing professional to join our Growth team. This individual will support a variety of firm growth initiatives, with a primary focus on proposal development, event coordination, and marketing operations. This role will also provide administrative support across key marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content management, CRM administration, and special projects.

This position plays an important role within a small, collaborative Growth team and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, coordinating logistics, and supporting a wide range of marketing activities in a fast-paced professional services environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Proposal Coordination & Marketing Support
  • Coordinate the development and production of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials
  • Manage proposal requests, timelines, deadlines, and communication with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain proposal content, templates, and marketing collateral to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Support proposal-related reporting and help track activity, deadlines, and outcomes
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing and business development initiatives
Event Planning & Coordination
  • Coordinate logistics for firm-sponsored events, conferences, networking activities, webinars, and client programs
  • Assist with registration, communications, attendee management, and event materials
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful event execution
  • Track event participation and assist with post-event follow-up and reporting
Marketing Operations & Administrative Support
  • Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and other administrative systems
  • Support CRM data entry, reporting, and list management activities
  • Assist with the development and distribution of marketing communications and promotional materials
  • Coordinate project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Provide general administrative support for ongoing Growth team initiatives
Digital Marketing & Content Support
  • Assist with website updates and content maintenance
  • Support social media scheduling and content distribution
  • Help maintain marketing assets and digital content libraries
  • Assist with basic reporting related to website, email, and social media performance
To be successful, these are the skills, qualities and experience you will need:
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, proposals, event coordination, business development, or a related role within a public accounting, professional services, or B2B environment
  • Experience supporting proposal development and managing multiple deadlines
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, or client programs
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems is preferred
  • Familiarity with website content management systems, email marketing platforms, or social media tools is a plus
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with partners and firm leadership
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and a willingness to take ownership of projects
  • Ability to work occasional overtime to support proposal deadlines or firm events
  • Willingness to travel periodically to other HCVT offices to support Growth team initiatives (up to 10%)

This salary range is specific to the state(s) listed and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set and education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 plus overtime.
